The corporate sessions we run give your whole group the chance to try out boxing drills and all of the techniques used in both professional and amateur clubs throughout the boxing world. At 12x3, we have a large group of incredible teachers, which includes Jimmy McDonnell, who has taught Olympic medalists and Menay Edwards who has fought across the UK.
Darren Barker - Darren has worked in the world of boxing for many years and is one of the two founders of our gym. He is a true expert and has a range of belts, which include European, British and Commonwealth titles. He was also one of the original people that signed with Eddie Hearn. You can now see him presenting on Dazn and Matchroom Boxing.
Ryan Pickard - Ryan was also one of our cofounders and has many boxing accolades. He has been a captain for club and country and has taken part in over 100 boxing fights, winning Senior EU Bronze and Youth Commonwealth.
