Shelly ‘The Monster’ Sweeney

Shelly laced up her gloves at 11 and had her first fight at 12. What followed? Three national titles, a place on Team England, and a spot at the European Championships.

But beyond the accolades, it’s her energy, passion, and purpose that set her apart.

Now coaching full-time, Shelly’s mission is to empower, especially women, through boxing. Her sessions are all about building confidence, real strength, and resilience both in and out of the ring.

“Boxing keeps me grounded” she says. “It’s not just about punches, it’s about mindset and how you show up when life gets tough”.
