Welcome to 12x3! We have 2 locations - one of which is in Paddington, just a few minutes walk from the train station. We are a specialist boxing gym but now offer a huge array of classes and training programmes to suit people with all fitness goals.

We offer Open Gym sessions which allows members to book a 2 hour slot during off-peak hours to use our gym freely. Also, we offer a range of classes including boxing, stretching, circuits, weights, running, mobility work and more. Our most popular fitness classes include:

  • Gloves on - A non-contact workout which includes circuits and drills. Improve your boxing skills but without the contact!
  • Boxcon - Our signature class which is a total body workout. Includes boxing and strength and conditioning - perfect for all abilities.
  • Hiit & Move - A great class for shedding extra pounds which focuses on conditioning.
  • PWR - A full body workout which combines bodyweight and resistance work - provides the ultimate strength builder!

Why Choose 12x3?

At 12x3, we have some of the best trainers and coaches, many of whom are boxing champions! Every trainer is established in their own right and provides an extremely high standard of training. See our full list of coaches here. Our team are all approachable, friendly and will work with you on achieving your fitness goals and gaining skills.

We provide small class sizes which means you have plenty of one-on-one training with your coach. Everyone is welcome no matter what their ability and our trainers are there to guide you through your workout no matter what level you may be.

We provide luxury changing rooms, showers, towels and toiletries. We have plenty of roomy lockers available but we ask that nothing is left overnight. We also sell padlocks for these if you forget one.

If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive with plenty of time to spare so we can show you around and introduce you to some of our coaches. We always want to make you feel prepared and excited for your class.

Please check our workshops page to see what workshops and courses we are currently offering. 'Pad Workshop' and 'Boxing Fundamentals' are some examples of previous workshops we have ran. These go into more details than a class and are there to further your skills even more.
